Client & Facility Leads Tracker
- Description
Do you ever feel overwhelmed trying to keep track of your client leads? It’s not only hard to keep an eye on the people who are calling to ask about your services, but it can be difficult to remember what you said to who, who already came in for a trial session, and as a result you may end up sending the same email to the same person asking them to do something they’ve already done.
Sound familiar? And a little embarrassing? Believe me, I’ve been there.
If you develop a good system for tracking your client and facility leads, it saves so much time, headache, and it will prevent your clients from slipping through the cracks. This tool is a system that has worked extremely well for my practice.
I’ve continuously improved this google spreadsheet over the years, and I can’t wait to get it into your hands. It will make your client relationship management so much easier, and can directly help your practice grow.
What you will find inside:
The Lead Tracker is an excel spreadsheet that will give you all-in-one space to keep track of:

2. Clients Gained
This section gives a template for tracking clients gained, and builds an automatic graph to see your growth throughout the year.
3. Clients Lost
This section gives a template for tracking clients lost, and builds an automatic graph to see your growth throughout the year.
4. Current Clients
This is a space to list all current clients in one place
5. Facility Leads
Keep track of your ideal facility clients with this tracker. It is divided into populations of choice, and provides space to track conversations, contact info, and action items for progressing forward with the prospect.
