Because I pay my employees when clients cancel, I expect them to still use that time to benefit the company. In this document I outline a variety of ideas that they can draw from if they don’t have other responsibilities to fill cancellation time.

This email template is intended to use when bringing on a new private music therapy client. It communicates with the client all of the paperwork required, lets them know where to show up for sessions, who their therapist will be, and all other pertinent information.

If you plan on taking photos or videos of any kind during your therapy sessions, you need to have permission from your client and/or their guardian. This form gives clients an opportunity to express their photo and video preferences for a 3 different purposes, which provides more flexibility for both parents and therapists to capture images and videos from sessions.
